Terms of Use

By downloading or using Tiel+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Tiel+ on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple ID until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iOS Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time and grant access to all current and future Tiel+ features for the lifetime of the app.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract bundled audio.
• Use Tiel+ in a way that harms a bird, a person, or violates local law.
• Resell or redistribute your subscription or content imported into the app.

You retain ownership of any audio you import or any voice you record into Tiel+. You are responsible for having the right to use that content. Tiel+ does not upload your imports anywhere.

Tiel+ is provided "as is". While we work hard to make it gentle, useful, and reliable, we make no guarantee that any specific bird will learn any specific song. Birds are birds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiel+ and its maker are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. Material changes will be highlighted in app.
