Quick fixes that solve most cases
Audio is silent or stops on lock
Open Settings, App preferences, and confirm notifications and audio permissions are enabled. Restart the app once and try again.
My recording sounds quiet
Move closer to your phone, lower the volume of any music playing nearby, and check your iPhone microphone permission for Tiel+.
Notification did not fire
iOS Focus modes can suppress notifications. Add Tiel+ as an allowed app in your Focus settings, or disable Focus during training time.
My import was rejected
Audio imports are capped at 10MB on the free tier. Upgrade unlocks longer files. Tiel+ will transcode them to a clean format automatically.
